Tradition in Bitterwasser

Every Saturday we have a barbecue! The traditional braai day.

Here is something for everyone. Many specialties that the Kalahari Desert has to offer are tastily prepared in the kitchen.

On the menu are beside beef the delicate meat of the Oryx and Springbok.
From medium rare to well done... Grill master Rodrik always hits the right cooking level.
The wood of the camel thorn tree, which is used for the grill, creates a particularly good glow, which gives the meat that certain something again.

The kitchen also shows its best side when it comes to side dishes! Besides Yorkshire pudding and roasted broccoli and tomato, for example, there is a large selection of salads. Every week a different variety of side dishes is offered. Everyone will find something to their liking.

We are happy to welcome everyone to experience the traditional Braai Day in Bitterwasser and wish you bon appétit!
