Was für ein Saisonauftakt
Die Early Birds haben es gemacht. Elmar Fischer und Reinhard Schramme haben in den ersten Tagen zugeschlagen. Hier der Bericht von Elmar:
Yesterday's flying day in Bitterwasser was characterized by changeable weather. An approaching sand storm forced our pilots to return early - but everyone landed safely and in time for the relaxing part of the afternoon: coffee and cake in a sociable atmosphere.
Two guest pilots from other bases, who had to change their plans due to the weather and landed in Bitterwasser, were also warmly welcomed into the group and were able to enjoy a short coffee break with us.
The day ended on a relaxed and sociable note, despite the limited flying opportunities. At the end, we were surprised by a beautiful sunset and softly illuminated clouds. We are now looking forward to better weather in the coming days, which will hopefully allow more flying time and longer distances.
