Bitterwasser wishes you a Merry Christmas!

In the next few days, all sailors with more weight will probably be able to make a fast straight flight - because everyone has really found something at the large buffet.. It started at 8 p.m. with a welcome drink at the restaurant - already there in a contemplative and joyful mood.

After all the guests had taken their seats at one of the two lovingly decorated tables, the first of a total of three starters arrived. The fantastic Christmas-themed creations whetted the guests' appetites.

This year, Bitterwasser was lucky enough to have the singer Margarete Putze, known as Maggie Jane, visit for Christmas. She provided a fantastic background to the evening with her very own versions of "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" and "Silent night, holy night".

Luzaan van Neel led the guests wonderfully through the program and the evening's dishes.

There was plenty of choice on the buffet for the main course: from springbok medallions and duck to fillet of beef with a variety of vegetarian side dishes and salads.
Once again, the kitchen created a firework display for the taste buds.

And the dessert was also a true masterpiece. All Christmas wishes came true at this buffet. In addition to handmade gingerbread and baklava, there was Black Forest gateau, chocolate pine cones and fir tree muffins.
