What a start to the season!
The early birds did it. Elmar Fischer and Reinhard Schramme struck in the first few days. Here is Elmar's report:
When the sun's disk disappears behind the horizon, a wonderful spectacle unfolds. Sometimes with illuminated clouds, sometimes without.
Of course, the best way to watch the sunset is from an airplane.
But even as a pedestrian, there are many places in Bitterwasser where you can watch the sun disappear.
The small hut at the end of the Palmallee invites you to sit down and enjoy the evening hours.
The walk at dusk through the palm alley is an additional highlight in the evening.
At the end of the game drive, the Bitter Water Safari, you can also relax on a high dune. Here you have a panoramic view of the wilderness around Bitterwasser.
The sunset is a new delight every evening!
