The goal was to improve performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
A film crew accompanied the athletes, resulting in numerous video clips.
At this event, Sabine and Wolfgang Zimmermann from Kiripotib Soaring and El-Jo Jansen from Bitterwasser Management and her team, worked closely and professionally together. Since we had no idea what to expect, we are proud to have hosted a fantastic, safe, and accident-free event. The Bitterwasser Lodge was once again able to impressively demonstrate what is possible here.

Early October is the ideal time to prepare the runways for flight operations. You can land at the Bitterwasser Flying Lodge in every which direction—depending on how you look at it, on 8 runways (plus one emergency runway), each in two directions. Jeremias carefully levels the landing area over the course of several weeks.
