Aircraft back home
On Saturday we were able to unload six containers with the aircraft. On Friday, after extensive inspections at customs in Rotterdam(X-ray) and Bruchsal(gas examination), they arrived safely and without damage in Waghäusel.
It is Rainer's job and credit that things are going well in the lodge and flight operations in Bitterwasser. He is supported on the board of directors by Ralph Bürklin, Ilka Back and Jürgen Dörrie.
And if there is a problem somewhere, Rainer is the contact. At the small birthday party, Manfred Dick immediately addressed Rainer Hog's thanks for the youth sponsorship by the Bitterwasser shareholders and the wish to continue this in the future. The winner of the Bitterwasser Cup, Eric Schneider, had set up a birthday serenade with the juniors of the 1000 k training camp and the Flying with the Youngsters campaign.

Flying 1000 kilometres on Christmas is a great gift for any pilot. Four pilots fulfilled this wish with over 1100 kilometres on a day with unexpected possibilities. Simon Schröder and Max Schäfer flew a whole 1400 kilometres with the EB28 on Christmas Eve. In the following, they report on their flight.
